The Dimanche 29 Gravel is Moustache answer to the adventure gravel market — sharing the Dimanche platform with the road and urban variants but tuned specifically for rougher surfaces. The combination of a full carbon fork, the ultra-light Bosch SX motor, 50 mm tire clearance, and a dropper seatpost remote gives it genuine gravel credentials while keeping weight under 20 kg across all trims. Assembled in the Vosges region of France.

- SRAM Apex Eagle 12-speed on .4+ trims provides excellent gear range for loaded touring
−Недостатки
- 400 Wh battery limits to ~90 km range — gravel tours may require planning around charging
- Bosch SX 55 Nm is adequate but less powerful than CX for sustained steep gravel climbs
- Compact battery is not removable for charging indoors on .2 trim
