On May 21–22, URBALT presented the Baltic micromobility ecosystem at Latitude59 in Tallinn. Bike Finder became the hit of the booth. What we took away and who we met.

On May 21 and 22, we presented URBALT in Tallinn at **Latitude59** — one of the main startup conferences in Northern Europe. These were the first two days when we showed the platform not to the team or friends, but to hundreds of people who came to our booth: founders, investors, journalists, representatives of various companies — each different from the other, but with most of them we have a lot in common. [photo of the booth — add it yourself] ### What we took away The main thing — the feedback confirmed that we are moving in the right direction. URBALT is not a marketplace. It is a **multi-layered ecosystem** of Baltic micromobility. This structure sounded strange on paper. In person, when people came to our booth and browsed the listings, Atlas, clubs themselves — it became clear. ### Bike Finder — an unexpected hit Our **Bike Finder** received special recognition — a short quiz: you answer a few questions about how you ride and what matters to you, and you get a specific bicycle tailored to you. Everyone I offered to try it got a match. **No descriptions, no AI prompts, no need to know terminology.** Just questions — and a result. This feature justified every day of its development. [photo from the booth / with guests] ### Several reviews were repeated > *"This is needed. We don't have this in the Baltics."* > > *"Territory Game — I've never seen such an approach to bicycles."* > > *"Atlas is like Wikipedia for bikes — it was long overdue."* > > *"Good that it's not a marketplace. There are enough marketplaces already."* ### Who we met Over two days, we collected several dozen contacts — founders of other startups, investors from early-stage funds, journalists, and people from various companies and industries. We are now sorting through these contacts and writing to each within a week. Some will receive just a thank you for the conversation, others — an invitation to Open Beta as an early partner. ### What's next Confirmation from real people gives us the right to move forward with the next steps: - expansion of Atlas (the model database becomes deeper), - launch of Territory Game into full gameplay, - addition of layers for Walkers and future TinyGliders, - opening negotiations with first partners. We thank everyone who came to our booth and told us "yes, this is needed." **URBALT remembers those who came first** — this is not a marketing cliché, it's a working principle.
