Origin
The Clash launched in 2019 as NS Bikes answer to riders who wanted Decade-inspired geometry but with the option to shift gears for pump tracks and jump trails. Described internally as a dirt jump bike with gears and a bit more, it bridges the gap between pure DJ riding and all-day trail fun.

The verdict
+Strengths
- Dirt-jump geometry at an accessible complete-bike price point
- 8-speed drivetrain adds genuine versatility over single-speed DJ bikes
- Tough aluminum construction handles repeated hard landings reliably
−Weaknesses
- Mechanical disc brakes (Tektro Aries) feel vague versus hydraulic options
- RST Blaze fork is the weakest link — stiff, heavy, and undersized for aggressive use
- Heavy at 13.9 kg complete — dedicated DJ bikes and lighter hardtails exist for less weight
