Origin
The Context uses triple-butted tubing — three distinct wall-thickness zones per tube — for better weight optimisation than double-butted designs. The switch to Shimano Deore 12-speed 1x (single chainring, 10-51T range) and Boost thru-axle spacing is a meaningful modernisation: 1x is simpler, cleaner, and the 10-51T cassette covers virtually any gradient. The RST F1RST 15 mm thru-axle fork is a step up from the 9 mm QR RST Aerial on the Traction.

The verdict
+Strengths
- Shimano Deore 12-speed 1x is genuinely modern and clean
- Boost thru-axle improves rear stiffness and tyre clearance
- Shimano BR-MT410 brakes beat TEKTRO alternatives on comparable alloy bikes
−Weaknesses
- RST F1RST is better than RST Blaze but still not Fox/RockShox quality
- 12.3 kg is still moderate weight
- Triple-butted alloy ceiling is below even entry carbon for stiffness-to-weight
