Algupära

Inokim traces back to 2009, when Israeli product designer-engineer Nimrod Riccardo Sapir began building lightweight electric scooters in his garage under the brand MyWay. In 2011 MyWay released the MyWay Quick — widely cited as the first lightweight quick-folding electric scooter, made of aluminium with a brushless motor and lithium-ion battery. The company later rebranded to Inokim (a contraction of "Innovation Of the last Kilometer"), and Sapir earned industry recognition as one of the first designers to break the classic tradeoff between performance and portability. The Quick 3 is the third generation of that founding Quick line: it keeps the DNA of a robust folding aluminium commuter but modernises the motor, LG battery pack and LCD display. Inokim grew from ~10,000 units sold to well past 50,000, expanding into markets across Europe including Lithuania — giving the Quick line a genuine footprint in the Baltics rather than being a grey-import-only name.

Verdikt

+Tugevused
  • Robust aircraft-grade aluminium build with a reputation for lasting well
  • Genuinely lightweight (~16.5 kg) with fast single-hand fold and carry handle
  • Reliable everyday commuter performance on flat urban terrain, informative LCD display
Nõrkused
  • No suspension on the standard/Super trims — harsh on rough pavement
  • Long ~6-7 hour charge time and only single-motor power (weak on steep hills)
  • Widely called overpriced for the spec; similarly priced rivals now outpace it on speed and range

Põlvkonnad

  1. Quick 3 (2017-2019, 36V era)

    • Original third-gen Quick. Solid 36V commuter, no suspension; reviewers found it a touch overpriced for the spec.
  2. Quick 3 Super / Super+ (2020-2022, 48V era)

    • Battery moved to 48V for more range; Super+ adds rubber suspension damping. This is the trim most commonly sold new in the Baltics.
  3. Quick 3 Hero (2023+)

    • De-tuned 'standard' trim with a smaller motor and lower top speed, but adds a basic rear spring element. Less recommended than the Super for the money.
