Origin
Norco launched the second-generation Sight VLT in 2022 alongside the Range VLT and Fluid VLT, all sharing the new EP8 motor and modular battery platform. The defining innovation was a tilted EP8 motor that allowed three battery sizes — including an industry-first 900 Wh pack — to integrate within the downtube.

- Carbon frame maintains trail-bike geometry and feel despite the e-MTB platform
- Shimano EP8 motor is smooth, tuneable, and class-leading for trail riding
−Weaknesses
- 900 Wh battery adds significant weight (4.6 kg) making the bike heavy for technical climbing
- Battery sold separately increases the effective purchase price substantially
- Very slack geometry prioritises descending — less efficient on long climbs
