Origin
The Factory is Megamo's purest expression of XC competition. Where the Track adds a rear shock, the Factory strips the bike back to a hardtail to save every gram. The FC Technology multi-layer carbon construction was developed in-house in Girona, reflecting Megamo's philosophy of keeping engineering close rather than outsourcing frame development.

The verdict
+Strengths
- FC carbon frame punches above its price in stiffness-to-weight ratio for XC hardtail competition
- Wide build range means the same strong frame carries riders from entry-level to elite spec
- Short chainstays and XC geometry make it agile and snappy on course
−Weaknesses
- Hardtail limits comfort and speed on rough technical trails compared to the full-suspension Track
- BB92 press-fit bottom bracket requires proper facing; can creak if not serviced
- Higher build tiers (05/AXS) carry a significant price premium over comparable non-Spanish brands
